Are the products handmade?
Yes, all pieces are handmade in Portugal, with great care and attention to detail.
What materials do you use?
We work mainly with 100% cotton thread and tapestry fabrics, ensuring quality and durability.
Can I order a customised product?
Whenever possible, we accept customisations in colour or size. To do so, simply contact us by email at geral@ameliabeaqueen.com.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to Portugal and abroad.
What is the shipping cost?
The amount varies depending on the destination and weight of the order. It is calculated automatically at checkout.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (to be indicated on the website).
How long does delivery take?
In mainland Portugal, normally between 2 and 7 working days. For other countries, between 7 and 15 working days.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return it within 7 days, provided that the item is in perfect condition.
What if the product arrives damaged?
In this case, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
