Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014, 14 February), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us via email at geral@ameliabeaqueen.com. Products must be returned in perfect condition, including original packaging, without signs of use. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Products sold are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity under Portuguese law. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, consumers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.
